I had a problem logging into DSers, it turned out that my Aliexpress account was blocked.
I was very upset and did not know what to do, Holly from DSers support was very responsive, listened patiently, tried to clearly explain to me what needs to be done, that there is nothing to worry about, everything is fixable.
