I was having trouble with the products I was importing to my store , Zoe From DSERS TEAM , was brilliant , very helpful , replied within seconds , checked if my products were mapped correctly , and gave me a lot of help , would definitely recommend this app and someone like ZOE , as she was so helpful and great customer service made sure I was doing everything right. Answered all my questions for me , Zoe made me feel more confident as I am quite new to Dropshipping on carrying on with my store as I have been worrying regarding importing my products to my store. Started using DSers recently when my old dropshipping stopped working. So far I am very happy with everything. It's super easy to import and edit products, they provide an intuitive search function, and best of all, everything is fully automated so I don't even have to touch my orders, DSers takes care of everything from beginning to end!
Today I had a few questions so I reached out to chat support and talked to Zoe. She was very kind and helpful, answered all my questions, and took the time to explain things to me.
