Despite being a relatively complex tool, I was always able to fully count on their support area. Today, talking to Holly, I got 3 answers to my needs quickly and she was (really) extremely kind. This afternoon I had the pleasure to work with Jully. I had questions relating to the fulfillment of my first order. Jully took the time to thoroughly walk me through every step needed to fill and complete my order. To be honest, I really needed someone with extreme patience as I was trying to understand how the systems worked within each other, how payment is received, and how to forward payment through AliExpress and DSers. Jully was exceptional! Amazing customer service and I can now fill my first order without delay.
