I got my first order today for my store agothicuniverse.com & I could not figure out how to upgrade the shipping. I was freaking out but I went to the DSers Chat & Sylvia helped me! She was fast & was able to fix my problem so I could fulfill my order! I'm so happy now! I can't thank Sylvia enough. I first tried going through Ali Express chat but they just told me to cancel the order & didn't know how to fix the shipping but Sylvia sure did!! A++++++++++++++++++++ Kindest Regards, Luna
