I was Hesitant to ask for help via email but im so glad i asked for help. I had the greatest support representative named LENA that knew everything that i had to do to fix my problem. Very very satisfied and happy with the customer service rep, Blanca, who helped me today. Blanca was able to quickly understand my problem and provide a solution that wouldve otherwise caused me a lot of manual work and liabilities (PayPal tracking orders & charge backs).
