I was having an issue with a lost order and Zina was absolutely brilliant in finding the problem and sorting it with me. The conversation was quick and straight to the point, screenshots were used to help navigate and easily navigate the problem and explain what had happened. Zina was absolute brilliant could not fault in anyway, thanks again!

I had problem with out-of-stock on my store. I contacted Dser to ask support and a staff named "Vivian" promptly gave me useful instructions with clear screenshots and videos. I managed to solve the problem quickly.
