Customer service was very fast. They helped guide me through the transition from Oblero to DSers. They showed me how to check that everything was imported to DSers correctly. This was especially important because I wanted to make sure my products transferred with all the edits I had already made on Shopify.

What an amazing level of customer service from Wendy! I'm still pretty new to the platform and was having a hard time figuring out how to fulfill my orders. Wendy had my issue resolve in under 5 minutes!

I am new to all these apps that go along with E-commerce and dropshipping, as I'm still learning. I needed help logging into my account and reached out to DSers on FB Messenger. Sherry replied with a solution within 3 minutes! Excellent service! I highly recommend! If I didn't have someone like Sherry to help me it would make this harder for me to keep going.

The new September 2023 DSers update is unbelievably underwhelming. Support has been so far from helpful as well. I'm experiencing a bug with package tracking that is extremely easy to solve, but support simply can't understand. When sending customer notification emails after an order ships, I select "Other" and use my own websites Track Order page URL. It was working fine in the previous DSers version, no issues. Now with this new update, it's adding "%s" at the end of my custom URL link, which is making the page unavailable and causing an error message. If I'm already inputting a custom URL, why would it add "%s" at the end of my URL for absolutely no reason. Please solve this issue and make sure the Custom URL provided stays the exact same way it was set, without adding anything to the end. Orders are also taking significantly longer to place, and sometimes don't even work at all. Should've left the app the way it was. Will be deleting permanently if these issues persist.

Amazing! The customer support goes above and beyond. I have been using DSers for a long time, and it is probably one of my favorite apps. It's super easy to use, and way quicker with placing orders than any other Aliexpress app.
