I’ve been using the DSers app and overall it’s been a great experience
The app is very useful for managing orders and streamlining the whole dropshipping process. What really stood out for me is the customer support, especially Luna, who was incredibly helpful. She quickly understood my issues related to DSers and provided clear, effective solutions. Her support made everything smooth and stress-free.

Being new to working with DSers for an order cancellation, I was getting frustrated with advice I was getting and accidentally found where to contact someone at DSers!! I was assisted by Esfania, a very personable as well as knowledgeable advisor to help me. I am very proud of my online store Rustic Trail Depot, and I am hoping for a very positive future for my store. Being new to retailing it was a breath of fresh air to have Esfania walk me through the process for cancelling an order between Shopify and DSers. I ended my weekend finally on a positive note thanks to Esfania!!
