OMG, Olívia saved my life today. I was trying tô add my First product on my online store, spent hours trying, after had tried many time help Olívia answered my messages and solved my problem in a metter of a minute. But not only she knows her job, she is an angel. I AM having some problema with my computer and she Said she would helpe spending me the link whats in my opinião IS beyond her job. I am very new to dropshipping. I got my first order and the product wasn't mapped properly through the sourcer for fulfillment to the customer. Lucia walked me through the process. She was very patient in explaining it. She shared screenshots of how to correctly handle the problem. She continued to follow up to make sure I was able to correct my problem.
