It was the best customer service I have ever dealt with. The person didn't give up on me even if I couldn't or didn't make progress. I gave up but the person at Dsers didn't give up on me. It made me fight on. Thanks for the hope and willingness to learn this. I will fix this =) Thanks!

The app is great for researching products. However the support is absolutely fantastic . I've had to contact support twice due to mistakes that I've made and on both occasions the live chat support went above and beyond first was Aimee and the second Celia both were on chat for over an hour each. DSers you have a pair of fantastic support staff in these two. Thank you so much.

I messaged back and forth with Myra from DSers for over a 3-4hr period. I asked her a million questions and she was patient, quick to find the answer and thorough. She went above and beyond. I really don't know what I would've done if I hadn't been able to message her. It really helped me more than I imagined.
