I am extremely satisfied with the service provided by Rfimp. He helped me quickly resolve an issue when importing products from AliExpress to DSers, where the products showed an abnormal status, even though they were fine on the AliExpress platform. Additionally, when mapping products, I received notifications that the product was abnormal, even though the products were good.
Rfimp was extremely efficient and demonstrated a deep knowledge of the platform, offering excellent support. I highly recommend Rfimp’s service to anyone using DSers for dropshipping. Thank you so much for your quick and effective assistance!

I haven't had an order yet so I can't comment on that, but the customer service is 10/10 - I reached out via facebook messenger, got connected to a real person right away! Rfimp not only answered my questions but he also provided me with screenshots of exactly what to do, and he was a pleasure to talk to. I am not great with technology, so having support like this makes me way more comfortable moving forward!
