This platform is not intuitive and you need to have a certain ability to self-start to use it. Could definitely be more user friendly with improved english prompts. With that said, I contacted Support about an issue and Myra came to my rescue. She was very competent and was able to solve my problem with her through explanations.

Updated Review. as previosuly 1 star but now upto 3 Stars. The developers are working hard and actually taking note on suggestions and faults which Is great news and very noticeable.
There's now only 2 Issues that I don't like. 1. If you already had an established store prior to the migration from Oberlo to DSers then it is hard to apply the pricing rule to old products. Applying to new products ...

I am very satisfied with the help provided by Lena ! She finds solution in seconds while I struggle for a long time. I find the app a little difficult at times to use the user interface.
BUT, the Customer Service via the 'messenger' link is very fast & easy to use.
If you have any issues with the platform I would definitely recommend contacting CS via messenger to get help.

I really wanted to like this app (DSers Pro), the DSers Pro account is supposed to handle multiple stores of the platforms Shopify and Woocommerce. It does..... but there's a big Wall between the 2 platforms. Why is the DSers app being reported as incompatible with Shopify? I installed it on July, 6 and used it for a few days, but now the platform has been informing about this incompatibility. Can anyone help me on how to proceed?

Hello,

The issue is cause by an old Shopify API error, but will not affect your business and you can continue to use DSers normally.

Das Problem ist hier der Versand. Man fügt ein Produkt hinzu und erfährt dann später das gar nicht die Möglichkeit besteht nach Deutschland liefern zu lassen. Viel Arbeit, verschwendete Zeit und Ärger. Nur durch eine Testbestellung konnte ich das herausfinden. Ich lösche diese App obwohl ich mir mehr versprochen hatte.
