I just started my Shopify store and got my second order. I was a little confused as to how ther Dsers worked with mapping and with placing orders.

I asked for help from them and they were amazing! Chrissy helped me from start to finish immediately and was the greatest customer service rep I've ever dealt with. She walked me through everything properly and made sure I understood the whole process. She also walked me through setting it up properly in my shop. Thank you Chrissy so much ! Neva was extremely helpful with the questions I had - she supplied screenshots which made it very easy for me to find in my store where to make the changes I wanted to make. I asked her several questions and she answered them fully and quickly. Wish I had known I could contact someone so easily before when I had so many questions. Thanks again Neva!

I had an issue with mapping today. Wasn’t expecting to get help right away. I connected with Aimee immediately. She messaged me! Sent me screenshots and videos of what exactly she did! I really appreciated that so I could figure it out myself the next time I came across this issue.

There is a bit of a learning curve to get used to using the app and I've had to approach the Helpdesk many times. I am so impress by how prompt and helpful the customer service reps always are. The app itself could do with some improvement to make it more user friendly but thank God for their customer support team who saves the day. My last support call was with Isla and she came through with all the advice, suggestions and screenshots. It took me awhile to familiarise myself but she was so infinitely patient. I can't recommend the Dsers Support Team enough!

I just made my very first sale on Shopify and fulfilled it through DSERS. I had a few doubts and wasn't sure how to get answers. Tried the Chat Support on DSERS and I got Raphael. He immediately synced my order from Ali Express and gave me lots of info and tips with well marked screenshots. Seriously helped me.
