I just want to say a huge thank you to Via who helped me to fulfill an order that I was having trouble with. My experience with support was stellar and I've been in software development a lifetime. Supremerly good Customer service from Vivian and Wendy and all other colleagues. Shipping profile can't be synced to Shopify but we made a work around so other than that, it's a perfect app.
