I have to say the rep I worked with "Lucia", was awesome. They handled my concern very quickly and appeared to take interest in my concern. I'm new at this dropshipping e-commerce business and some of the other dropshipping companies have left me frustrated because I couldn't help me customers in a timely manner. Wendy was great in assisting me with a problem i was having with multiple product listings that really needed to be variants within one product. She also suggested to get in touch with the supplier to create one link with multiple product variants, i hadn't even thought of that!
