Jenny, helped me so much getting my Ali account reconnected to Dser. I am very appreciative of the screenshots making it easy to see the steps I needed to take. The response was much quicker than expected, actually within minutes of the request for support. I am very grateful that I was able to get my customer orders processed and paid for in a timely manner, both for my customers sake, and making me appear as a good business owner.
