I was really impressed by the customer service. I had a question regarding the fulfilment process, Blanca was great at solving my issue on the live chat and was very quick to answer.
So if you have any questions when using DSers, don't hesitate to use the live chat instead of wasting time browsing Reddit and Google.

Rfimp helped me to sync my order with shopify .It was very helpfull!
Also he tought me how to chnage supliers when I need to change supliers.
He sent me the blog with videos for me to learn how to change the suppliers.

I was unsubscribing from "Advanced" plan to "Basic" plan and the customer agent said "normally we will not charge you any fees if you downgrade during the trial period, but considering that you downgrade on the last day, you may be charged. But don't worry, if you are charged, please contact us and we will help you refund the money, so don't worry"
which sounds positive if true.
