I was having a few issues with placing an order for one of my customers. The order was in shopify, however it did not appear in Dser's. This was pretty frustrating to me as I am new to dropshipping, so every sale counts. After bashing my head for a bit I decided to contact support and ask them for assistance. Zoe was super helpful and very quickly solved my issue. She also explained to me what settings needed to be updated so if I ever had these issues in the future I would be able to solve them on my own. I very much appreciate the skill and speed of the support. Thanks again Zoe!

Dsers has been the best and only platform that i can use, when i needed support a assistant named Villanelle helped me fix my issue quickly.
importing products and pushing them to my store is as seamless as it can be with Dsers.

very good, makes the job easier, more time to devote as sales. Once I install it, I don't take 50% of the time ordering. I recommend.
