DSers‑AliExpress Dropshipping

I had a bit of a problem this morning with the DSERS/Aliexpress app on Shopify. When I opened it, the screen looked different than usual, and I couldn't get past the Sign-in and Authorize Permissions page it kept refreshing every time I tried to enter my email and password. The options were greyed out, and I was stuck!

Thankfully, Chrissy from live support was a lifesaver. She asked me to send over a screenshot (and I even threw in a screen recording for good measure). Chrissy quickly figured out what was happening and provided me with a solution to access the site. Problem solved!

When I was having technical issues with my store, I turned to their customer service live chat feature. Not only did they quickly resolve a very frustrating issue, but the chat support was very helpful and professional. Shout out to Aurora, one of the chat agents. She made things a lot less frustrating. Thank you for quickly resolving my issues! DSERS makes running my Dropshipping store so much easier with its automation. I highly recommend.
