Most powerful & well run Shopify app I've come across in 12 years of using Shopify. Full stop. Brilliant functionality and epic support from Roman. At first glance it takes a minute to digest everything that is possible and it can seem overwhelming - but - once you get your hands into everything it really is as powerful & reliable as you need it to be. I had a couple glitches come up and also needed a little custom functionality - I was able to get a reply, a fix & custom edits completed in about a 1-1.5 days per request max. Sometimes the replies were minutes apart. Im blown away. I'm paying for the max subscription and I feel it is worth every penny. Only suggestion for future improvement is more content available for self training for those who may not be as intuitive in understanding it - but the excellent customer support fills this gap in the interim.

The apps capability is amazing. Everything is completely customizable. The support is great and they can help you with ANYTHING. Great service and great app! I would recommend this app to anyone.

The app is very diverse in capability and works great! One of the best supports I have used in a while. You are never taken to a FAQ page or a bot, these people are the real deal. Relatively quick response times, and expert advice. And if the information happens to be over your head they can get your permission to go into your account and fix the issue themselves. Amazing service!

I sell a highly complex customizable product that I have built custom solutions for over a dozen times, from scratch. I've used many apps, I've done it without apps, I've solved this problem many ways. I would say I'm an expert in creating custom product display solutions. DPO is exactly what I needed, and would have quite literally saved me hundreds of hours if It had been around sooner. This app offers impressively complex, interdependent, price-determining options, without the need for multiple variants. It uses a template system, so I can apply my changes and updates to all of my products at once. It handles file uploads, allows you to edit the product in the cart once built, it is very vast, reliable, and user friendly.
The pricing is very fair, especially considering the incredible customer support. As soon as this app was installed, a real person automatically came in and optimized the app for the theme I was using. When I needed help, they walked me through changes. There is no better app on the app store than this one. 6 stars.

Support for this app is BY FAR the best around. I was a happy "bold" customer for years until they changed their support reply time to 3-5 biz days...WITH THE DYNAMIC PRODUCT OPTIONS we had a RESOLUTION IN 30mins after submitting the ticket. And non stop helpful replies since. I fully vouch for this company!

I always say that a product is only as good as its customer service. While this app is amazing and offers many features, it didn't meet our needs. But that's not the apps fault. I just didn't understand that what I was looking for is a limitation within Shopify, and not the app. The developer was super patient with me and even offered suggestions on a workaround to my problem. If you want to customize product page options, then download this app now!

I've used most of the product option apps and in all honesty this is hands down the best, it had the features that i needed and more.
the support is truly quick to respond and amazing roman went out of his way to help me customize a range slider that i couldnt find anywhere else but this app.
