DPO Dynamic Product Options

Support is wonderful!

I've only had the app for a few days now, but I needed something to allow me to do pretty advanced conditional options AND a lot of different custom options.
But what I really want to talk about is the support. It's so, so refreshing to have such amazing support from the ITORIS developers. All of my questions were answered quickly and they were able to give me custom code to input in the app to do what I wanted it to do.

There was one scenario where I couldn't find the right location in my theme code to input the snippet they gave me, but he was able to go in there and do it for me after I granted access.

If the app doesn't, on the surface, seem to have everything you're looking for - just reach out to support and see if it's possible. I can't recommend them enough!

I want to give a special shout out to Roman. I'm not sure if they're the only support member as I've only always had contact with them, but they have been absolutely amazing.

We have been developing our website with DPO for 2 months. After reviewing other apps with custom options, we found that DPO has the most detailed custom options. Its functionality is amazing and most of all what impressed us most is its support. It's beyond amazing! If I could give 10 stars, I would. When you understand its functionality, it is easy to use. Each of our products has over a million price points and it is only with the DPO that we were able to find the right custom solution for our complex products.

I have used different apps to add virtual options but other apps was lagging lot of features and customization. I am very happy that this app is fulfilling all my needs and able to customize to work with my theme. Customer support is fantastic. I have this in my 4 stores and no issues so far.

The product is awesome and better than anything else we have tried, but that is not what this review is about.
The support is absolutely UNBELIEVABLE. They answer questions just like any regular support team, but they even write code for making the perfect product presentation. They even altered the code of my shopify theme. I could not be more pleased and will find ways to use their other apps.

Very powerful app for adding dynamic options to products. We used this to build out custom configurators for our office furniture products.

Just downloaded the app this week. They have the best customer support of any app I have ever used. There is a bit of a learning curve with the UI but the app is extremely functional if you learn how to use it.

I've been searching for hours on Shopify for an app that does exactly what this app does. It is simple to use. I recommend following the video instruction guide which will guide you with a step-by-step action on how to add the variant options to your product. I can't recommend this app enough. It worked instantly. I highly recommend this product. I got the 19.99 option and that worked best for what I needed the app for. Enjoy. UPDATE: 5/25/21
I had this app for a few months now and omg this is so good. I had an issue that I couldn't figure out and Roman from customer support was so efficient and also noticed that my site was running slow and assisted me with that as well. My issue was that I wanted to give a 15% off for the second purchased item. The listing had a reed diffuser single item or you can purchase the gift box set. So if you purchase one and wanted the second 15% off I didn't want the hassle of giving customers a coupon code so I wanted to embed it into the listing page. My issue was that the regular item and the gift box set when being selected was not auto-populating for each item individually so when picking the individual reed diffuser the 15% off for the gift box set would still appear and vice versa when customers were selecting the gift box set as their main purchase. And Roman was able to assist and show me that what I needed was the variant scope option and changing the F(value) for each variant. Took me a few days to get it but it was finally done and I couldn't be happier. Oh and I also had to upgrade my plan for more features but this is so worth it. Thank you, Roman. I liked this app however, the many codes trumped with other apps causing my pop ups to not show up. The major reason why I uninstalled was because I couldn't give my customers a discount code for a specific product. I had to create a collection and place the discount code there. Mind you that I had to do that for every single product that I wanted to give a discount code for. Or the other option was to give a store discount. However, if I did a giveaway for an item adding a discount code for the entire store is not a good idea. So sadly I had to delete this app.

I needed an app that can add virtual options based on any option selected from my products that have multiple Shopify options. I also needed an app to support Shopify POS. Even though this app does not support POS tech support provided a solution by creating way to create draft orders so the orders will have all the virtual options added and then accessing the draft order from POS so the client can purchase. I have tried several other virtual option apps and they all fell short. This one has so many options/configurations I am one happy customer!

Perfect! Exactly what we needed. The only app that allowes serperate SKU to be added in the cart. It can be fully costumized according to your preferences. The support is really amazing with a great response time (1 day) 5/5!

This apps functionality has incredible depth yet it's user experience is simple to understand and use. Their support is second to none. I have over 15 tickets opened with them all carefully answered and documented. They do not stop assisting until issues are resolved. Trust this app for your product option needs.

We build a lot of stores, some quite complex. With the limited product variant functionality in Shopify, we have to use apps to provide merchants the functionally they need when it comes to product options. Over the years we have used quite a few, but finally found this app: Dynamic Product Options.
- A robust framework that allows us to create complex options, which are presented well on the product page
- If we use existing products in an option (like Gift Hamper with 6 other products available elsewhere in the same store), inventory management is simple and straightforward. You never sell out of stock options.
- Each option can have its own SKU code, which allows us to set up advanced order processing
- We are able to use validations for minimum order quantity on the product page (like: this canapé is $2,50, but you need to order at least 12)
- We are able to offer Buy More Pay Less deals right on the product page, with advanced calculations. All of this comes with one of the best app support we've ever seen. Clear and helpful explanations within 24 hours, every time we reach out to the developer. Yes, there are simpler solutions to manage, but if you look for the real thing, look no further.

Loving this app and especially the support. Running perfectly on the web and mobile. Highly recommended and all your questions answered by support.

Well, well, well... I usually don't write reviews. But in this case I have to. First of all, the App does really do a good job. Once figured out how it works, it is great. I use the formulas and it really does what I need. But...the support...is even more amazing! Roman was helping me out, implementing sections I needed. When I got stuck with a formula, he just helped me out. As this is not really my profession ( I am goldsmith...) I didn´t recognize where the problem was. So his support was really a big help. Uncomplicated, fast and brought to the point! Thanks again!!

We needed an app to show all the selections/customized options of our products. After testing through more than 10 apps, we chose Dynamic Product Options. The app was easy to use and the user manual was professionally written and organized.
We then needed some supports to customize buttons and rearrange the images to fit our need. After opening a ticket, Roman was amazingly efficient and proactive in getting it done. We are very happy with the app and the support services.

The app I was desperately looking for! I needed to add different sets of options per product with dependencies, file uploads, text files, swatches etc and this app does it all! It is quite complex at the beginning but it does come with an extensive and comprehensive user guide. I stumbled upon few issues which were linked to my store theme but amazing customer support was on it and resolved it within few hours even though I am still on a free trial. After long search for the perfect app I am definitely sticking with this one and would recommend it to everyone who is looking for unlimited options for their products.

The only app we found which really fits our needs: Calculation of the product-price and product-weight by individual dimensions including tier pricing possibility and several options with extra-fee. A truly powerful tool and best of all the great and fast support by Roman. Thanks :)

Ok! An honest review no BS like on youtube or whatever... Me and my team went through more than 9 option apps.. All paid of course... So many problems with them and headaches, and frustrations.. Then we got to this app, although at the first second didnt work (we had some specificl needs), the support people from this app took over, and simply fixed the issue. You can`t imagine how refreshing it is, to get the issue fixed for once. Chose this app, and it will be great.

Roman goes out of his way to answer questions and helps get you accomplish exactly what you need to accomplish. I have used many "product customization' apps in the past, and this blows them all out of the water. So thankful I found it!

I absolutely love this app. I use it for my monthly preorders (sewing), so people can choose sizes, etc. The set up was pretty easy, and I love that I was able to create a template, rather than doing the same thing 100 times over. Whenever I need something changed or adjusted, Roman responds right away saying its already taken care of. I have the $29 package, and I am happy to pay that to keep my sanity. Highly recommend if you need product options!

This application is very useful and the support team is fast responding. usually less than 24 hours and even then due to the time difference between countries so that's normal. price is also appropriate, good job.

The app is great - very versatile and handles a lot of the complex product options we have to provide for our store but what stands out the most is the impeccable customer service and support! We have relied heavily on IT support, primarily Roman, who has been phenomenal in providing assistance, answers and solutions that have really helped to make our efforts a success. We consider him part of our team now!

DPO is incredibly powerful and customisable - it is absolutely essential for our product (customisable wallpaper), without it we would have had great difficulties trying to develop something anywhere near as good. I had to request help from support a few times - this was super easy and done directly from the app - Roman from DPO always replied almost immediately, very friendly and extremely helpful + competent. I have recommended DPO to several of our reseller customers for these reasons.

I have recently added some items with multiple options and I realized that I haven't set it up to convert into different currencies. I submitted a ticket and Roman from the support team was able to help out right away. He was able to make the change for me and even suggested that I add a code to make the app load faster on my store. Very helpful!

I am personnally using the ultimate plan as I needed an app to handle a very specific price calculation based on various product options (my store offers sporstwear and sports accessories that B2B customers can customize using specific methods).
It took me some time to get started as this app has so many features and as I had no experience with the language used to edit the formulas. However I received great help from the support team, which took the time to understand my needs and help me out with the issues I had.
The app is really powerfull and Support is always there to help out so I can only recommand that you try it out and see for yourself ! Thanks !

I'm using the app to create our subscription grocery delivery store. Since I'm not very good at development, I simply told support what I needed and they were extremely helpful and efficient at making it all happen!

They offer good and quick support help. The operation of the app is extensive and easy to understand.

This APP saves my life. I was exhaust after tried so many product options app. None of them compatible with my theme. I created a custom product, only DPO successfully fulfilled my demands. I've only been using this app for 24hrs, but have literally combed through as an overnighter like many biz owners often do when our customers are asleep. The were a couple tweeks needed, and Roman's customer service is some of the best in the ecosystem. I know as I have participated in it for 4 years.
