Do not use this app and do not top up your account without hearing from them. Maybe the free version works. We wanted to try out paid version and topped up only $10 initially to see how it works. We set up a campaign for $5 per day, this was the only daily budget you can choose. You cannot go higher than that. We waited so many days, nothing moved. Not a very good app.
It places random ads on your website, so it looks very weird.
Can't recommend this bad app.
It messes up your theme.

2024 Edit : I would not recommend this app to anyone. Rontar used to be really good with their google retargeting, it looks like now they have removed that option.

UPDATE: I see the app has changed its business model and is no longer doing retargeting. It's now an ad exchange, with an option to pay to show ads instead of installing ads on your own site. So I uploaded an an and set a budget of $5/day, but the ad has not spent anything. No idea what's happening or if this app is functional.
