We absolute adore using Early Bird, it is so user friendly. The support team behind the app is so fast to respond, and communication is their strength. Having this installed in our store has helped us navigate the tariffs and bring in revenue prior to items arrival. Truly so appreciative to have such an affective and efficient app attached to our business. Highly recommend to ensure your store keeps scaling.

Great customer service! They were so helpful in helping me figure out how to set up pre-order sales for a book release and even helped me customize the checkout. Highlight reccomend this app.

The team have built one of the best pre-order apps in the biz. We've been using for quite some time. Have run over $100k in orders through it. Our favourite parts - ease of managing discounted product, ability to find scheduled orders and unfulfilled orders via pre-order app view, ability to adjust campaign mid flight and update customers easily if needed, great UX / UI on the product page, ability to add more products mid campaign without having to make new campaigns, ability to clone a campaign to save time, great help files if needed, ability to work around B2B sales and duplicate skus for pre-order so they don't show up in wholesale... Plus just general overall great service and great price. Congrats team and keep up the great work.

I have really liked this app. It's simple to use and works really well. Even better, I'm not constantly badgered with upsell/cross sell emails. When I needed help, their team helped me quickly. I initially hesitated because the app doesn't have a lot of reviews, but after trying a few of the more popular apps and not liking their functionality, I decided to give this one a try (and i'm glad i did). I would highly recommend giving this app a try.

Absolutely incredible team and a great app. I spent my time searching for an app with the functionality I desperately needed and could that seamlessly integrate with our theme. Josiah and Jay were on the ball and saw I was struggling, stepped in and saved the day. If you’re a new brand or an established one looking to integrate the waitlist and preorder feature into your store, this is the app for you!

Works perfectly. We were awaiting a shipment of products and the Early Bird app ensured we could effectively manage stock, customer expectations and orders seamlessly, saving us $1000s in potentially lost revenue. In addition, the customer service was absolutely fantastic, with the team being super responsive and able to help us immediately, even recoding our website slightly to enable certain tweaks we wanted to make.

The ONLY downside is not a problem with the app but a problem with Shopify itself - a customer doesn't find out that they are placing a back order unless current stock is zero, so if there is 1 item left but the customer orders 2 or more, it goes through as a regular order without the back-order tag. Again, this is not a flaw of this app, all apps in this category will have this same limitation. Just including it here for transparency.

Early Bird was easy to install and set up. I had a question, which was answered quickly though chat by a real person. I'm running my first preorder campaign with it now and it's working flawlessly.

I use the back in stock and preorder sections of this app every week, I recommend my customers to click "notify" on items that i've sold out of to indicate where i should spend my money ordering.

Excellent value, very happy with the performance i'm experiencing.
