I’ve been setting up the Easify Box app for my Shopify store and it’s been a great experience so far. The app itself works smoothly and does exactly what I needed. I ran into a small issue during setup, but their customer service team was incredibly responsive and helpful. The support rep quickly understood the problem and guided me step-by-step until everything was working perfectly. It’s rare to find such attentive and friendly support these days — they truly care about their users’ success. Highly recommend both the app and their amazing team!

So far so good. I will say that I had a heck of a time figuring out how to add it to my site BUT tracy was so helpful! She even took the time to create a loom video showing exactly what I needed to do.

Love how easy it is to setup. The support is amazing. When I couldn't find out how to do something, the support was right there helping me find a solution. The built in layouts are fantastic and you can customise everything to suit your theme.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this was an extremely disappointing support experience. Despite the many 5-star ratings, the level of support did not match expectations. I’ve worked with Shopify apps for years, and this was the poorest support I’ve encountered. Lich was the person I spoke to. Wow!
