the customer service was very helpful. I have complicated questions and they always had a detailed answer with examples. Very helpful. only 4 stars is only because it took so long to get the answers, but we did get there and all my issues are resolved. Thank you
I've used this app for two purposes: to sync inventory between my own inventory and a product that I set up as a Collective Supplier (different prices, so different "product" even though shipped from same warehouse) and for bundles. It works well with a couple of caveats:
-Bundle items have to come from same location (I had one location for physical products and a different one for digital; had to "move" digital to the warehouse) and they have to be inventoried item (I said my digital product had 10K units, which I'm quite positive is higher than what I'll ever sell) -- thanks to Mari at customer support for helping me figure both of these out
-If you transfer items from one location to another, it does NOT automatically sync at the first location across products. But it's simple to go to the Inventory Groups screen and do it manually.

商品バリエーションが多いので在庫管理の心配が減って助かっています!
希望を言えば在庫の自動更新には対応して欲しいですね。
今は手動でチェック入れて更新しています。

This app feels like a bait-and-switch. The advertised sync and advisory capabilities do not work as described. After running into issues, support asked for access to my account, which I provided, only to receive no response or solution. Two days later, when I followed up, I was told the software “wasn’t working” because the trial had ended and that I needed to upgrade. If the trial limitation was the issue, that should have been disclosed upfront. It makes no sense to request account access, go silent, and then later claim the only solution is paying to upgrade. Poor communication, misleading expectations, and an overall frustrating experience.
Best experience so far, they are really supportive. I have a decant business and they helped me setup my inventory from scratch. so happy to have them.

The customer service chat was really helpful. They guide me step by step on the process and explained everything very well!
Great app so far, little hiccups with product imports but that was most likely my error with setting the conditions correctly, pretty effortless otherwise and the support has been really quick!
This is not that easy because my math skills are less complex than is my inventory. :-) That being said, Liv was my helper in a chat and gave me great advice on how to set this up so it would work with my complicated information. TY Sue
