We had a very disappointing experience with Easify.
We contacted support about a specific issue on our product page: the first product image does not respond properly when clicked, so customers cannot zoom from that image and have to move to the second or third image instead.
To avoid any risk, we gave a very clear instruction to their team: do not make any changes on our live theme. We had duplicated the theme precisely so they could investigate and test safely on the unpublished copy.
Despite this, they made changes directly to our live production theme.
Worse, the original issue was still not resolved, and their intervention created a new problem on our live store: it altered the appearance and behavior of our product personalization button, which had been working correctly before. The result was a visibly degraded button design on an active product page.
From a merchant perspective, this is extremely concerning. When support is given access to a store, the minimum expectation is that clear instructions are followed, especially when those instructions are about protecting the live environment. In our case, that did not happen.

too many bugs and issues all the positive reviews are fake. looks at the negative reviews all are from genuine shops who have been frustrated with this crap app. the developers created this app like a overnight hackathon meaning it breaks easily. wasted over 5 months on the highest plan . everyday i find something broken. works one day and next days its broken without any changes from my side. highly not recommended. i have provided picture of bugs to the team but i would like a full refund of the 6 months of premium plain i paid for. i have picture of countless bugs i have found using this app. the live oreview doesnt work on mobile. the prices randomely change on the add ons. the UI uses black text on black backround that makde its impossible to see the text. countless bugs.
Great app, really. It was exactly what I was looking for. Unfortunately, it keeps crashing and doesn’t save the changes. I contacted support, and they told me that on their end there are no issues, and that was it. Sadly, I’m removing it. I don’t understand how it can be perfect for 2,000 people while causing these problems for me. I had also subscribed, of course. As enthusiastic as I was about installing and using it, the disappointment is just as great, both because it crashes and because the support team showed no interest in helping me or keeping me as a user.
Ottima app, davvero. Era esattamente quello che cercavo. Peccato che crasha del continuo non salvando le modifiche. Contattata l'assistenza, mi hanno detto che da parte loro non ci sono problemi e basta. Purtroppo la sto rimuovendo. Non capisco come mai per 2 mila persone sia stata perfetta e a me da questi problemi. Avevo anche fatto l'abbonamento ovviamente. Per quanto fossi stata entusiasta di installarla e usarla, tanto più grande la delusione perché crasha e perché l'assistenza non ha mostrato alcun interesse nell'aiutarmi e tenermi come user.

The quality of customer service is very poor, especially from Clove.
The app is alright and works good in preview, but it get all cramped up in my theme and doesn't work.
The support and dev team don't do anything in over 24 hours on a regular workweek which is incredible slow. No customer service at all.
UPDATE: The support did a temporaryfix that broke after 1 setting

I don’t understand how this app got its rating. Since day one of using it, I’ve run into all kinds of bugs, and it has already cost me **hundreds of dollars**.
Even now, the bugs are still happening. There’s one issue that has been “in progress” for **at least four days** and still hasn’t been fixed.
Their support is a complete waste of time. If you’re thinking about trying this app, my advice is: **don’t waste your time.**
There is a steep learning curve and the options are super confusing. I found Zepto a better choice.

Very difficult to use, bad customer service/ no help
Too difficult to install. Support is non existent
We had serious issues with this app. It glitched and failed to charge customers additional fees for certain product options. Unfortunately, it took us weeks to notice, resulting in over $1,000 in lost revenue.
After reporting the issue, the team acknowledged a problem in their code and said they had fixed it, but it reappeared later. The second time, we caught it quickly and reached out again. They claimed it was resolved, but it wasn’t.
We also experienced other issues where some listings would break. I asked if it might be related to our theme, but didn’t get any clear answers.
Overall, this app caused us lost revenue, wasted time, and unnecessary stress. When I asked for a refund (given the losses caused by their glitch), they ignored the request. At this point, I don’t trust either the app or the team.
I rarely leave negative reviews, but in this case, I feel it’s necessary to warn others.
