This is the worst app I have ever used in my life. All the time I spent setting up this app feels like a complete waste. So many errors—literally dozens of them. Even the basic functions don’t work. Today, my customer made a payment, but the options I set through this app were not reflected during checkout, so I had to send the product at a loss. I can’t believe such a ridiculous situation is happening! And when I tried to report this critical error, I couldn’t even access the app. This is by far the worst, absolutely the worst service I’ve ever experienced.

We sincerely apologize for the issues you've experienced with the Easify Product Options app. We've made several attempts to reach out and offer our assistance, but unfortunately, we haven't been able to connect. We truly hope you'll give us one more chance to address and resolve these concerns for you.
Your problem with the missing price on your order was due to the Add-on product being set to Draft in your setup, which prevented its associated price from being included. It was our mistake not to make the setup guide clearer for you. We would greatly appreciate the opportunity to review your setup to ensure everything is configured correctly and to prevent any similar issues.
Additionally, when you reported the problem, we were in the process of performing a brief upgrade to comply with Shopify’s requirements, which caused a minor downtime. However, this upgrade was not related to the missing price issue, which was solely due to the Add-on product being unpublished.
We understand that you might be frustrated with our app and may have doubts about our explanations. Please know that our entire team is dedicated to resolving this situation and we genuinely hope you’ll reconsider.

Exceptional Customer Service! I'm a total newbie and have had the worst time trying to get Shopify figured out. I added the Easify Product Options Variant and ran into an issue. Hannie was my rep and helped me fully understand what I was doing wrong and how to fix it. I'm so thankful!!

This app was just what our organization needed to gather a few more details from customers before checkout, especially since our operating model would not really justify "advanced" or "plus" plans. As a free user, I did not expect the real-time chat support to be so amazing. They really do know Shopify and their apps better than anyone and could not have been more helpful with my issue (which was more a theme problem). We will definitely start with EasifyApps when we look to make our site more functional.

Hands down the best options app you will ever need! The development team is super quick and Viollette was super great at communicating and getting my specific issue sorted within 2 business days! Previously used infinity options, which lacked this level of support. Now migrating all my option sets over to Easify. Thankyou again Team
