We had a very disappointing experience with Easify.
We contacted support about a specific issue on our product page: the first product image does not respond properly when clicked, so customers cannot zoom from that image and have to move to the second or third image instead.
To avoid any risk, we gave a very clear instruction to their team: do not make any changes on our live theme. We had duplicated the theme precisely so they could investigate and test safely on the unpublished copy.
Despite this, they made changes directly to our live production theme.
Worse, the original issue was still not resolved, and their intervention created a new problem on our live store: it altered the appearance and behavior of our product personalization button, which had been working correctly before. The result was a visibly degraded button design on an active product page.
From a merchant perspective, this is extremely concerning. When support is given access to a store, the minimum expectation is that clear instructions are followed, especially when those instructions are about protecting the live environment. In our case, that did not happen.

Wow! I worked with Hannie to get this app up and running on my store, and couldn’t be more impressed. The Easify team has clearly put a lot of thought and effort into building robust customization features. After years of frustration with other personalization apps, I resorted to coding my own solutions - but this app truly has everything a custom shop needs and is easy to maintain - including enabling personalization options in the cart and on the product page, live preview capabilities, custom html, google fonts and more. Highly recommend for anyone serious about offering seamless, professional customization options in their store!
I’ve had a great experience using Easify as an add-on for Shopify. It’s user-friendly and integrates seamlessly with my store. I did run into an error I couldn’t resolve on my own, but Suzy from customer service was incredibly helpful—she responded quickly, walked me through the issue, and made sure everything was working perfectly. I had a great experience with the customer support team. Hannie was incredibly helpful in assisting me with an issue I encountered after installing the app. The development team was also fantastic and resolved the bug very quickly. Overall, my experience with the app has been excellent so far. It’s very well built and polished.

Avec toutes les application disponible pour les variantes et option, j'étais totalement perdue! j'ai essayer 2 application avant Easify custom !! Et je peut le dire, c'est de loin La meilleur ! Hyper simple d'utilisation, tout est si bien expliquer et surtout le service d'aide via le chat ma énormément aider ! je voulais faire une modification mais je n'y arriver pas, alors j'ai tenter et envoyer un message. Liv à résolu le problème en quelques minutes !! vraiment un service aimable, expert et hyper réactif !! Merci pour votre application
Tracy was great. I surfaced an issue on Friday. They mentioned it's something the Easify team needs to fix. Came back on Monday and saw that they already fixed the issue less than 10 hours after I submitted the issue. Very grateful!
I've tried a few product option apps, and Easify is by far the best. Managing complex custom variants for my lifestyle brand used to be a headache, but this app handles everything—from conditional logic to add-on pricing—flawlessly. The backend is very user-friendly, and the frontend design looks professional and clean on both mobile and desktop. A must-have tool for scaling a customizable product catalog!
