Easify, truly to it's name, is the easiest and most comprehensive product options configuration app I've found so far. I have a fairly complicated customization requirement, and after exploring at least ten other apps out there, I finally settled on Easify.
Lich and Violette helped me setup my store, and have promptly responded to questions no matter the time. Since then, many others like Charles and Hannie have jumped in to help with additional questions. I couldn't recommend this app enough.

Do not give it another thought - use this app! The customer service is over the top. They are so easy to work with and do things I didn't know were possible. We ask a lot of the app and needed even more and Charles came through and was very fast! If you have any issues at all just use the chat and watch them work their magic. A game changer app that I couldn't recommend enough.
We needed an app that could provide multiple bundle options, mix and match, and inventory control all at the same time. Tried heaps of other apps until we found Easify. I must say their app features are so powerful and work perfectly for our needs.
The support from the dev team is impressive and second to none. They provided a solution to every question that I had and even customized the design for us on the product page, cart drawer and cart page to ensure a seamless shopping experience.

I have tried many other apps, Easify is the best variant app so far. it's incredibly easy to use and integrates seamlessly with Shopify. This is the worst app I have ever used in my life. All the time I spent setting up this app feels like a complete waste. So many errors—literally dozens of them. Even the basic functions don’t work. Today, my customer made a payment, but the options I set through this app were not reflected during checkout, so I had to send the product at a loss. I can’t believe such a ridiculous situation is happening! And when I tried to report this critical error, I couldn’t even access the app. This is by far the worst, absolutely the worst service I’ve ever experienced.

We sincerely apologize for the issues you've experienced with the Easify Product Options app. We've made several attempts to reach out and offer our assistance, but unfortunately, we haven't been able to connect. We truly hope you'll give us one more chance to address and resolve these concerns for you.
Your problem with the missing price on your order was due to the Add-on product being set to Draft in your setup, which prevented its associated price from being included. It was our mistake not to make the setup guide clearer for you. We would greatly appreciate the opportunity to review your setup to ensure everything is configured correctly and to prevent any similar issues.
Additionally, when you reported the problem, we were in the process of performing a brief upgrade to comply with Shopify’s requirements, which caused a minor downtime. However, this upgrade was not related to the missing price issue, which was solely due to the Add-on product being unpublished.
We understand that you might be frustrated with our app and may have doubts about our explanations. Please know that our entire team is dedicated to resolving this situation and we genuinely hope you’ll reconsider.
