Violette, Lich, and Charles have gone above and beyond to help me in the setup of Easify. The app is extremely capable and we've seen great success with up-selling customers using this app.
The only reason I needed help with the setup was due to my user error. I haven't found any situations where this app has limitations that affect our goals. We have complex systems in place and Easify integrated in very nicely.

Easify is a fantastic app, with excellent customer support. I highly recommend it for anyone who wants or needs more freedom when defining product variations. Easify does exactly what it needs to and then some - it is easy to use and perfect for everything from managing custom products to taking customer order notes.
The customer support is amazing too. Responsive, capable, and with a positive can-do attitude, Violette has been incredible helpful, and was even able to customise the apps functionality for our specific needs. I'd give them more than 5 stars if I could.

This app is perfect for adding a bunch of options for your products without knowing any coding etc. Also, thanks to Mr. Hoa, I learned that you can actually translate the app content to whatever language you like manually! Thank you for the awesome, fast and reliable support.

This App has got a great customer support. I needed help with a few things and they were very patient and ready to help anytime, even on weekends. Highly recommended.

This add-on was a lifesaver when building our shopify website. It enabled us to add a load of optional choices and add-on products for all our items.
When we did run into questions the support team was absolutely excellent in helping out and following up quickly on it. It is obvious that there are people working on this product who care a great deal for their customers.
Special mentions for Lin, Lich and Violette who all helped me out on multiple occassion through the live chat and follow up e-mails. Kudo's!
One more thing that I would love to see added in the future is to add combinations of multiple option sets for one product but I can imagine the complexity of developing that would be through the roof and there are good ways to get around this issue so it would be more of a nice-to-have feature.
