I'm quite new to setting up my business website and the chat support is very helpful. They always seem to know the answer and their response is fast. There is always people online to help you and the app is great. I like their features especially "Uploading a File" which is a necessary option for my business which Shopify itself does not include. The pricing is affordable & worth it for the features you need.

Very helpful with all the questions I have. Definitely recommend. I was a bit nervous using the app but once your understand the settings, its very easy.

The customer service has been excellent. Super helpful with setting up the app, sending through personalised videos to help make set up more clear and easy to follow.
The app seems to be working for us so far. Looks like it will be exactly what we are looking for, to be able to offer our customers the options of sizes and colours without affecting our inventory updating system.

After a week of trying out the bigger name Variant Option apps, I ran across Easify. I am extremely happy that I did! I reached out for help with several questions and Lin was extremely pleasant and provided me with screen recordings and reading material addressing my concerns for set up. Communication is top notch. One of the biggest things that I was struggling with, was finding one of the apps that would work well with Cart Drawer. This one does and it looks so nice. There are a few other things that I also like. The price is very reasonable.

I've been searching for an app that has the ability to be flexible and fast, Easify Options has proven to do this perfectly, the support given when needed has been excellent especially from both Charles (outstanding) and Violette (perfect job), they listened to my requirements asked questions when needed and went to work ensuring the app is a perfect fit for my shop.

Easify is fantastic. So many choices to setup your products the way you want!! And, if you can't figure it out, the support team is there to help! The price is reasonable and the app works as expected. There is a bit of a learning curve, but the support docs walk you thru the setup and use. Highly recommend this app.

I have had a few issues with this app such as how add ons are displayed in a cart, how they are displayed at check out and how addons are presented in bundles.
The cart issue was fixed very quickly. The checkout is not something they can change but it is not a big deal. We are working on the bundles issue.
I have been helped by Ann, Lin, Violette and Lich. They have all been extremely helpful, easy to communicate with and they have addressed all my issues within minutes of them being raised.
