I have a problem with my option set file , i contact the customer service and a few time after HOA just came and find my problem quickly !

Highly recommended. I would give more stars if possible. Support from Hoa and Lich has been extraordinary. We sell wall art. Our POD products have 5 materials options (Art Prints, Canvas, Metal, Acrylic, Framed) + 8-10 paper types and often 12 print sizes for every product. Variant count is astronomical. I tried multiple customizer apps. Easify was the only Shopify customizer app that had the ability to create a URL Option Dropdown menu for materials (which eliminated the need for 5 separate thumbnails for each material type - of the same image - that Shopify's basic theme layouts create). However, the Easify app required the Option URL Sets be created manually for each product. We have over 500 artworks - so we needed a way to create the Option Set once and automate it to apply to ALL our products. I explained the problem and the Easify team went to work - creating this automation capability (which is now part of their app). These guys are awesome.

I had a big issue with them making me to uninstall the app, but they went above and beyond to fix the issue so they deserve a new chance.

I highly recommend this app and their customer support.

I just can give 5 stars, would be glad if I could give more stars!
They improved the app to fit my requiremoent and developed a whole new feature for me.
I have searched months for this feature and couldn´t find any app for my problem.
They had supported me perfect and improved the app till it fits perfect!
The whole process I received feedback about the status and how to setup the app. So in conclusion:
Great Support, great developers and I am glad that I have choosen this app!

We are a small family run business, trying to do everything on Shopify in-house where possible. Our business sells silverware gifts, and one service we offer is personalised engraving on our products - which is definitely not easy to implement onto Shopify when it comes to options. I was looking around for ages, considering hiring a web designer even - and then I came across Easify Product Options!

Honestly, the process has been the smoothest thing ever. First of all - their features are absolutely amazing. More than we even need! But seeing as I have them now, I'm excited to explore and see ways which we can implement them to improve our website. And then comes their customer support, one word - wow. Honestly I think I'm so used to customer support lines taking 48 hours to reply now, but here - I barely hit send and someone (not a bot) was already replying to me! Any questions (no matter how silly I think they are) have been answered in full, and a minor minor glitch we had was solved in no time.

Super grateful for Violette and the team at Easify Product Options. Such a great app!!!
