God Near UNUSABLE -

You cannot save the simplest the edit or revision without waiting 10 mins - refreshing - and then doing it again.

Every time I use this app (when it works its good) I end up wasting an entire 10 hours to make one subset

Uninstalled this App and still charging?!
They were unable to make it compatible to Pagefly Pagebuilder - even after paying for the programming service.
It left a mess - so we had to uninstall it. Yet they are still charging the monthly fee?

UPDATED REVIEW
Since my initial review I have had a poor experience with the Easify app. After weeks of troubleshooting a basic function of the app, having my case passed around 3 or 4 agents, the dev team has given up trying to solve my issue (when an add-on was deleted from the cart, its monetary value stayed behind in the cart, creating an incorrect and misleading total). Unfortunately, after much work has already taken place, I have deleted the app before I was ever able to make it live and requested a refund.

I gave the dev team as much time (weeks) and support as I could, but ultimately the app doesn't seem ready for all customers if it can't perform a basic function like being able to delete add-ons from the cart without issue. Support team tried their best, but their devs let them down.

While Easify’s customer support is exceptional, unfortunately, that doesn't make up for the fact that the application itself is highly unstable, filled with critical bugs, and simply not reliable for a professional e-commerce store.
For over two months, I have been in a constant back-and-forth with their team, reporting issues that they would fix, only for even more serious bugs to appear. I genuinely felt like I was acting as a tester for their app, rather than using a fully developed and stable product.
At one point, I was even willing to remove my purchased and installed Shopify theme, believing that the excessive bugs were due to a compatibility issue with Easify. However, after switching to another app, all issues were resolved, proving that the root problem was indeed Easify’s unstable core functionality.


Major Bugs Encountered (Critical for User Trust & Store Credibility)
Severe pricing and cart issues that make the store look like a scam
* The price displayed on the product page does not match the price in the cart.
* The cart shows a total of zero, even when products are added.
* The "Add to Cart" button gets stuck on a loading loop, preventing purchases.
* The cart total sometimes remains even when all products are removed.
* The cart counter in the header does not match the actual cart quantity.
Checkout & Ordering Issues
* Custom options do not appear in the cart for products with a minimum order quantity.
* The Edit button for cart items does not appear, even though it's enabled.
Unwanted & Broken Display Elements
* The wholesale pricing table appears on pages where it shouldn’t.
* Discount text appears in the cart for products that don’t have discounts.
* Custom options appear as standalone products in “You may also like” and “Recently viewed” sections.
Inconsistent UX After Clicking "Add to Cart"
* On some pages, a pop-up modal appears instead of a redirect to the cart.
* On others, the button remains stuck on loading and never adds the product.
Dynamic Pricing & Custom Options Failing
* Product prices do not update dynamically when Easify add-ons are selected.
* Wholesale pricing table disappears on some product pages.

I tried everything to make this work. I invested time, patience, and effort, thinking the bugs would eventually be resolved, but every fix led to more issues. In the end, I had to switch to another app and redo my entire setup because Easify simply wasn’t stable enough.
If you need a reliable, bug-free solution for product customization, I strongly do not recommend this app. It’s a nightmare to maintain, and the risks of it breaking your store are simply not worth it.

BEWARE!!!!!

This is the worst app ever, period. I had used it for over 6 months and have lost so many businesses because of it. I have over 100 different option sets so migrating to another app means many many days of precious time and hard work lost to no avail.

1. It's very buggy and slow and hard to use. You literally have to save your work every 10 seconds other wise it may get lost.

2. It's not compatible with the native shopify environment, which means you will get lots of systematic bugs using this app and will lose a lot of customers.

3. It has issue with currency conversion. For example, if I have a customer in Japan and my product is priced in japanese yen for that customer, let's say 15000 yen. when that customer proceeds to checkout, he will be charged $15000 USD instead of $100 USD after conversion. For this reason I have lost a lot of clients.

4. The add on price function doesn't work right, which means the customers wont be charged for the add on prices at checkout. customer service offered to have it fixed for me for all listings in less than 24 hours but it's been three days now and I never heard from them again.

5. the app is too poorly written that it slows your website speed. run a test at pagespeed and you will see what I mean.

Final verdict, avoid this app before you make commitment in it.

I ran into a lot of problems with this app. The cart wouldn't remove variants, and it kept adding the first variant option in the cart when selecting multiple variant, which was frustrating. I set the increment value to 12 units, but some variant didn’t follow this setting and showed wrong quantity in the cart. After struggling to set everything up, I gave up and started looking for another app. There were just too many issues, and I felt like this app needs testing and improvement. Consider different app before installing this one.

I was using paid version of this app. The file upload started injecting a long url link with their app information on my checkout page where the file name should be. Huge privacy issue and confusing for my customers. Their support said it's not their problem to fix, it's Shopifys. Took 3 days of them not understanding English or my problem to tell me they won't fix it. I'm leaving Shopify as support for Shopify apps is terrible and developers in other countries don't understand English or fix their broken apps.

This is the worst app I have ever used in my life. All the time I spent setting up this app feels like a complete waste. So many errors—literally dozens of them. Even the basic functions don’t work. Today, my customer made a payment, but the options I set through this app were not reflected during checkout, so I had to send the product at a loss. I can’t believe such a ridiculous situation is happening! And when I tried to report this critical error, I couldn’t even access the app. This is by far the worst, absolutely the worst service I’ve ever experienced.

Your problem with the missing price on your order was due to the Add-on product being set to Draft in your setup, which prevented its associated price from being included. It was our mistake not to make the setup guide clearer for you. 1. Why order export with options is limited to our paid plan:

Shopify, by default, doesn’t allow third-party apps to include custom option details in the standard order export. To get around this limitation, we had to develop our own specialized order export function so you can access complete custom option information, something default Shopify export would otherwise leave out. Although it may seem simple, it does require significant development and ongoing maintenance to work seamlessly.

Many similar product options apps don’t offer this feature at all and often suggest using a separate specialized order export app, which can also incur additional costs. With Easify, you can get both product options and an order export feature in a single solution, which can be more convenient and help avoid potential app conflicts.

2. More value in our paid plans:

Beyond the order export functionality, our paid plans unlock a range of valuable features designed to enhance your store’s performance. For instance, our new Premium plan introduces an advanced Product Personalizer, offering live previews of selected options directly on product images. This feature helps customers visualize their choices, improves user experience, and can boost conversion rates significantly. Given the products in your store, this functionality could be extremely beneficial.

The app is complex to use and not very intuitive. We couldn't setup the options as needed. The text field didn't work correctly.

Not so good. Option name is distorted in cart, why "Good" turned into %22Good%22

We're truly sorry for the trouble you experienced with our Easify Product Options app. Our Product Owner and Support Lead have reached out to you multiple times, but we didn’t receive a response. The issue you encountered can be easily resolved by removing the quotation marks ("") in the Option names, which is a common limitation across similar apps. However, it's our responsibility for not making this clearer in advance.

To prevent this in the future, we’ve already implemented a validation feature that alerts users when special characters are used in Option names. We hope you can see our efforts to improve the experience for all customers.

We’d also love the chance to help you directly next time. If you reach out to our support team, most issues can be resolved quickly without impacting your experience.
