Easify Custom Product Options

Highly recommend this app! I used 3 different apps before for product linking, option variants and personalization with live preview, and this app can do those things all in just one app!

Although the app is already very user friendly and convenient, I noticed some minor issues and had some personal requests while setting everything up. I can only say the customer service and dev team are excellent! They are very kind, respond really fast and are so helpful. They fixed everything I asked for, even the complex requests.

I am so happy I found this app! Thank you very, very much for bringing my store to the next level!

In the beginning it's a little get used to it, but after I asked chatgpt, I learned a lot and now I can handle it very quickly to costumize my shop.

Also the costumer service helped me very kindly with some additional changing in the code writing.

Thanks to Anne and Celine, I can optimize everything that needs to be in place.

Easify is a fantastic product options app, and the customer service truly sets it apart. Whenever I run into an issue with my setup, I can hop on chat support and they resolve it quickly, usually within 24 hours, with very little back and forth. The team is knowledgeable, responsive, and easy to work with. I absolutely love Easify and highly recommend it!

I have been very satisfied with the service and the app itself. This app has a large amount of configuration options to help with different options you need for your products. The customer service is great as well. They are responsive and have solved every issue I have encountered. I had to reach out to them twice now and every time they have been very responsive and quick to give updates when I asked. Great customer support which is not very common now days. They resolved my issues with my theme and got me going without all the headaches that I have had with other apps/plugin companies.

I was having some issues with the variants showing up after switching themes. Tracy put a request in at 4 AM her time since I was urgently trying to launch my site again. My issues were fixed in less than 5 hours. I really love this app and I've tried every single one on the Shopify store. What makes them stand out is being able to link your Shopify products to the variants so you don't have to worry about inventory tracking. I highly recommend!

Must have product for small businesses. The product amazing is amazing and the customer service is next level. Recently I had an issue that prevented the buy now button from showing.
