The app itself is very easy to use, intuitive, and works exactly as we needed. It has made customizing our products much simpler.

This app replaced about a half dozen others for me. I have products which are highly customizable, as well as the need for making kits from individual SKUs. This app handles both just fine. I was able to get it integrated into the look and feel of my site pretty quickly.

The conditional rules are the best feature, allowing you to exclude certain combinations or show and hide stuff depending on earlier selections.

Their support has been responsive thus far.
You can use the custom HTML option to add iFrame videos.

My only issue is that the image insertion method requires uploading a new file every time, instead of allowing images that are already in my media library via URL.

I just recently started using the app, and anytime I've reached out to customer support, they've been incredibly responsive. I especially appreciate that they set up your first option set for free. That took a huge weight off my shoulders because conditional logic can be a bit overwhelming if you're new to it.

Chloe was fantastic! She answered all of my questions, got my first option set configured in just a few minutes, and even shared helpful suggestions to make the customization process easier for my customers. The level of support has exceeded my expectations, and I'm really happy with my experience so far.

Customer Service is awesome. They worked on my problem and resolved it in short order. They were also able to show me a setting I was overlooking. The user interface is pretty simple and intuitive. I can't wait to fully transition to this solution and leave my old options add-on in the dust! Oh yeah, can't believe what you get for a free subscription but I ended up opting for the $9.99/mo choice.

I had an issue with certain collection pages loading on my site and a separate company had told me it was an issue with Easify. Hoa and Easify support looked deeply into the issue and contacted Shopify Support to not only resolve the issue, but to get Shopify to actively look into the issue and fully resolve it. I can't thank the Easify team enough for looking into this issue greatly affecting our site's functionality and clearing up the issue. Their support team is extremely helpful in that regards. The app is also fairly easy to use and helps me list multiple products at once which saves me a load of time since I have a lot of products and variants. Definitely would recommend.

I've been using Easify for around 6 months now & am finding it great. Easy enough to set up once you get the hang of the templates & options. I've only had one issue which was a conflict between this & Search & Discovery app. The issue was sorted quickly by the Easify team & they even made some amendments to the look of the app so that it worked better with my theme.

I had some trouble with one of my option sets showing on a product, I spoke with Anne in the support team and she was able to help me get it up and running again quickly. I really appreciate the quick help provided, this app has made it so easy to offer customisable options on our site. Thank you

Needed an easy solution for adding options that ties to our SKU in Netsuite, a lot of other apps only allowed options within Shopify, With some work with the Development team, they made it easy to work with and absolutely easy to do! Thank you.
