Easify Product Options Variant

Easify helped me present a pretty gnarly set of customizations, options and add-ons (some free, some that involve upcharges, some that require file uploads) in a way that's really attractive and intuitive. The different ways of presenting options, and especially the use of conditionals to only reveal extra stuff when necessary, were game changing for my store.

I was extremely happy to learn that they offer fast, friendly support 24x7 -- way better/more than I expected. When I set up something wrong with my shipping settings, Violette was able to quickly diagnose and fix the problem, getting me back on track lickety split!

I don't normally write reviews but today I was put in touch with Lin & They were super patient & kind and talked me through step by step what i had to do. I had a traumatic brain injury and now I struggle to hold conversations. Tech people often get impatient with the time it takes me to type & struggle when I get confused and find things hard to understand. I did have my husband helping but I was touched by her dedication to getting the job done and going above and beyond... It wasn't out of sympathy either because I didn't mention my problems. I found this app very good to add some extra options to my product page. I use it to let the customer add gift wrapping to a product and add a personalized note like Happy birthday! :) Did not expect to have so many options and conditionings, very versatile.

Had a little problem with personalizing the colours directly from the dashboard of the app, but the support was very helpfull and quick to help me and make the changes i wanted.

Also, it is actually a very good deal for only 10 bucks a month.

I originally downloaded the app so I could offer variants that pulled from the same inventory stock versus the default way Shopify assigns inventory stock to each individual variant. I quickly realized that this app could do so much more for my website. It makes offering customization to my customers so easy and intuitive. The app is very user friendly in my opinion and very versatile with all the various options you can choose from. I had one question when I was setting it up and customer service was very quick to respond. I absolutely love this app, and unlike some other apps, the Pro version is very fairly priced as well. Highly recommend.
