Our developers used this app to build a complicated product section for our site. The app itself is straightforward to use with some practice and has worked very well for us. We had an issue with our theme conflicting and they resolved it quickly for us through their built in support. (After business hours!) Thanks and we look forward to working with you further!
The app has been super great and runs very smooth with many options to choose from. The support has been just amazing, this is the only Shopify app that I've used that has live chat for support, a true game changer when you need assistance.
Easify is a fantastic product options app, and the customer service truly sets it apart. Whenever I run into an issue with my setup, I can hop on chat support and they resolve it quickly, usually within 24 hours, with very little back and forth. The team is knowledgeable, responsive, and easy to work with. I absolutely love Easify and highly recommend it!
I had to reach out to them twice now and every time they have been very responsive and quick to give updates when I asked. Great customer support which is not very common now days. They resolved my issues with my theme and got me going without all the headaches that I have had with other apps/plugin companies.
I have been very satisfied with the service and the app itself. This app has a large amount of configuration options to help with different options you need for your products. The customer service is great as well. They are responsive and have solved every issue I have encountered. Highly recommend this app. I have even upgraded to a paid plan, and it has paid itself off already

Been using fort a few months now, app is easy to get to grips with and support are really helpful if any issues. The conditional logic is ideal for my store where I want to only add certain product options to specific variants of a product. All in all, a great little app.
This is by far the most cost-effective app I’ve used, and also the one with the most features.
It solves 99% of my problems, and the customer support is extremely professional and responds very quickly.
Every issue I’ve run into has been fully resolved by their team.
Liv’s support is honestly perfect — I barely had to do anything. They handled the authorization for me and fixed the problem directly.

Tons of options to customize inside the App. But when I ran into an issue the customer support was lightning fast. They logged in, saw the problem, and fixed it in the code in less than 5 minutes. Other apps that would have take 24 hours and 3 emails back and forth.
