Hi,

We're truly sorry for the trouble you experienced with our Easify Product Options app. Our Product Owner and Support Lead have reached out to you multiple times, but we didn’t receive a response. The issue you encountered can be easily resolved by removing the quotation marks ("") in the Option names, which is a common limitation across similar apps. However, it's our responsibility for not making this clearer in advance.

To prevent this in the future, we’ve already implemented a validation feature that alerts users when special characters are used in Option names. We hope you can see our efforts to improve the experience for all customers.

We’d also love the chance to help you directly next time. If you reach out to our support team, most issues can be resolved quickly without impacting your experience.

This team is so helpful, I sent a message at 10:00 PM and they got back to me within minutes. On top of that they got straight to the point on figuring out my issue and it worked. Very grateful for this app and all the people behind the scenes.

Excellent app - easy to set up and get going quickly! Had a few questions, so chatted in and Charles was quick to respond, quick to get me the right answers, and incredibly friendly the entire time! 10/10 would recommend!

This is the best bundle app we've used, much more functionality than any others we've tried. And the customer support is great - Charles and Hannie helped get our request resolved quickly.

I'm new to this app, like just installed it. I knew I had a lot of options to offer my customers and needed to figure out the best way to accomplish it. I received some amazing help from Charles. He listened to all my needs and figured out the best layout for the customer. Kept me in the loop during the design process and then sent a video of how to accomplish it on my end. Now I no longer feel overwhelmed. Best customer service ever! He went the extra mile so I could showcase the best product choices for my customers. No limits is what I would easily call this company. Thanks!!
