As a developer, I need to be able to modify/customize/access certain type of data, from the theme files. Although it is not possible to access everything or I don't have the knowledge to do so, the Easify team was available to help me and my team to deal with our requirements.

I have tried 10+ custom options app and this app is the best: ease of use, organization of option sets, conditional logic based on app options OR shopify variants, etc. I was picky about the way the buttons were appearing in my site and Lich on their customer service team was absolutely fantastic to work with. They personally added custom code to achieve exactly what I was looking for. Appreciate this team so much!

So far this app is doing what I need it to do. There are a few things that I would like to have more streamlined, but I have yet to find an app that does. Now, that being said, I can say that any issues I have had, have been taken care of swiftly and kindly. I had an issue with the code not working properly with my packing slips, as well as the customer's cart looking like a hot mess. Violette was able to get these things fixed amazingly.

This tool has helped us capture additional custom data fields for our Shopify store. So far, this is working how we expect it and is a valuable addition to our own Shopify experience.

I ran into a lot of problems with this app. The cart wouldn't remove variants, and it kept adding the first variant option in the cart when selecting multiple variant, which was frustrating. I set the increment value to 12 units, but some variant didn’t follow this setting and showed wrong quantity in the cart. After struggling to set everything up, I gave up and started looking for another app. There were just too many issues, and I felt like this app needs testing and improvement. Consider different app before installing this one.

It appears there was a misunderstanding regarding Easify Product Options app's functionality. Our app is designed to add custom options to products without altering the original Shopify variants.
For the solution you're seeking - allowing customers to select varying quantities for each Shopify variant - a Bulk Order app would be more suitable. Using our app for this purpose may have caused the issues you experienced, as it's not built to handle variant quantities in that way.
