I have been looking for an easy to use but fully capable product customizer for at least 2 years. I have spent hundreds if not thousands of dollars on other tools just to find out they were all hype, had very limited options, did not work at all, not compatible with my Shopify Ultra Theme, and so on.

When I have had questions or issues with Easify Custom Product Options, the team there has been kind and have addressed all of my concerns within 24 hours or less (usefully less!).

I am very pleased with the look and feel of the custom product builder that now allows my customers to self-serve instead of emails or messages back and forth, which has taken up most of my time.

This tool will allow me to offer my products in a more streamlined form and my customers to get the experience they expect.

The app is very user friendly and customisable. The team (shout out Tracy, Anne and Thomas) is amazing - they provide fast & considered chat responses & extremely prompt action on all requests. Very easy to work with, would recommend.

too many bugs and issues all the positive reviews are fake. looks at the negative reviews all are from genuine shops who have been frustrated with this crap app. the developers created this app like a overnight hackathon meaning it breaks easily. wasted over 5 months on the highest plan . everyday i find something broken. works one day and next days its broken without any changes from my side. highly not recommended. i have provided picture of bugs to the team but i would like a full refund of the 6 months of premium plain i paid for. i have picture of countless bugs i have found using this app. the live oreview doesnt work on mobile. the prices randomely change on the add ons. the UI uses black text on black backround that makde its impossible to see the text. countless bugs.

First of all the free plan is useless. Completely useless. Upgraded to the middle plan since that one allowed live preview along with a large MB per file to be uploaded. 2 week trial. Can't really judge if it would be worth it when i've run into issues, like images doubling up when live preview is enabled. Had to spend so much time resizing all pictures only to find out it was something in the theme.liquid backend setting. Then after that was "fixed" i ran into another issue. In live preview you can choose if you want the customer to have the option of moving the text/image and or resizing the text/image, it was not working and it has now been 4 hours and no fix. While i was setting up more templates i noticed the double image started again on the products with live preview enabled, i did not mention it since this time around it was not obstructing the arrows and other pictures. Honestly this app has potential but if this app was made to work with shopify then customers should not be having issues within the first 2 weeks. It does not inspire any confidence that i wont run into issues later on or that it could cause loss of money as I have read in some of the reviews on a lot of apps. Also i think these free shopify themes also have something to do with the fact that anything free does not work well. IF the free stuff doesn't work well how can we expect the expensive plans to work.

Some features not so easy to set up yourself (if you're a beginner like me), but the customer support chat is always available, they respond quickly and I've always received very kind and good service, especially from Hannie.

Just started using this app and we're very please so far, lots of features and easy to use. The support has also been fantastic, very quick and polite. Clove was amazing when it came to a few teething issues when we first set the app up, couldn't recommend more!

I've been using the app for few days, and I already completed all the customizations and options I planned for. I reached out to the support team twice and both times I got useful answers! Very impressive so far
