Easy Ads makes my life easy and has also saved me thousands in digital marketing consulting fees and saves me a lot of time. I'd recommend to any online store owner who's still starting out.
Their professional marketing team even contacts you to advise on your ads and do site audits of your store to see where you can improve in order to make your ads deliver even better.
It simply doesn’t do what it claims. If you have a large catalog, it only cycles through about six products—and you don’t even get to choose which ones. It feels like the app just promotes whatever it wants.
I did make two sales, but the return doesn’t justify the cost. I’m spending more than I’m making, which defeats the entire purpose.
Support is just as frustrating. When they can’t answer your questions, they shift the blame to your store—even after you prove them wrong. The final straw was being told to “go watch videos on how to improve your store’s performance.” My store doesn’t have performance issues—the app just doesn’t deliver.
At the end of the day, this is a weak product that overpromises and underdelivers.

You had 57 clicks but 32 product views, which suggests some users left before the page fully loaded. You also had 7 add-to-carts, 1 initiated checkout, and 2 purchases, indicating some drop-off during checkout that could be optimized.

the worst experience i have ever had
no adds activated or worked i just waited then you charged me recuuring for what this 20 $ for not doing any thing and i tried to reach you people no body helps i need my full refund and i am sorry to find this app just a waste of time i will never recommend it to any one and no refund till now full ignorance for me
un professional wat to deal with your problems no respect no help ... i donot encourage anybody to go with this app actually it didnot work with me no ads then i found them charged me then i asked for refund they said we will refund you then they ignored my at all no response no refund i didnot get any thing just wasting my money and my time so you know as app developer you have many problems but you ignore us ... very very bad experience

The app doesn't work and despite uninstalling after 4 days within trial period they still charged which i have asked for a refund.
The app creates the campaigns and just spend money, it doesn't know how the paid marketing works.

I’m genuinely not exaggerating when I say this: Easy Ads has made a real difference for my store. I’ve already started seeing better results and actual sales growth.
What truly sets them apart is their support. I’ve never dealt with a team this patient and helpful. They don’t just explain how the app works — they go much further. They helped me improve my store overall, from pricing and promotions to layout and general strategy.
It honestly feels like I hired a full team rather than just installed an app. I finally feel supported, and no matter how many questions I asked (even the obvious ones), they were always kind, responsive, and encouraging.

I had a very poor experience with EasyAds. The app had persistent errors and was not usable at all. Despite this, I was still charged, and even after uninstalling the app, billing issues remained. I tried contacting the developer via live chat, but received no response. Very disappointing support and lack of accountability. I do not recommend this app.

not every app is for everyone, i could work out it myself i'm not the tech expert. but one thing i loved was the support team help in getting my refund back which was charged.
