Billing & Shopify Integration

Regarding billing, Shopify handles all app subscriptions and payments directly. We do not have access to your payment details or the ability to charge users ourselves.

App working or not it's second think. But a person who connect with me as customer executive a name of that person is ( Ouissal. ) who very kind nature, and must help Full to me.
The excet scenario is i give them a 1 star and write bad reviews related to bill but after 1 day they properly Focus on my account and they revert the charges what they didct.
So thanks a lot teem and I very thankful to Ouissal..

I had an amazing experience with the Easy Ads support team.
They responded very quickly and helped me resolve my billing and refund issue without any hassle. The team was polite, patient, and genuinely cared about fixing my problem.

Even though my free trial had ended, they still made an exception and provided a full refund, which I really appreciate. This kind of support is rare.

Highly recommended! Excellent service, smooth communication, and very reliable support.

I TAKE THEIR 10 DAY TRAIL AND USED FOR JUST 1 DAY AND THEY SEND ME A BILL AFTER MONTH WHEN I ALREADY CANCELL SUBSCRIPTION FROM MY TRAIL PERIOD .

Just to clarify, Shopify manages all billing directly. If the app isn’t fully uninstalled before the trial ends, Shopify will automatically issue the first invoice. This is a standard process across all apps on the Shopify App Store.

We’ve already processed your refund, as ensuring our customers’ satisfaction is always our top priority. We also reached out to you via WhatsApp to make sure you received it.

The app didn't work at all. Would not sync products and had 18 error messages which I was told to wait 24hrs for them to clear as this was common issue. The errors didn't clear after 72hrs so I promptly deleted the app. I was offered a further 10 days free trial which I refused BUT THEY STILL CHARGED ME! even after I deleted the app well in advance of the free trial ending. I expect a full refund please.. I'll wait, and update this review if they charge me yet again.

We apologize for the inconvenience the sync bug has caused you. Since reported, it has been fixed.

Regarding the payment issue, please note that for ALL Shopify apps, you are charged by Shopify, not the app developer.

We have no access to your billing information whatsoever or the ability to charge you.

If you get charged by mistake for any Shopify app, all you have to do is to either contact the app developer or Shopify to get refund.

We look forward to hearing your reply to our last email.
