I'm sorry you got charged for the app by mistake.
Shopify handles billing for all Shopify apps, including Easy Ads for Facebook Ads. We do not have any access whatsoever to your payment information or the ability to charge you.
We can however issue a full refund or reverse a pending bill.
Please reply to the email we sent you so we can proceed with refunding you.

Minor issues with the catalogue items were fixed very quickly by the support staff. Easy to setup with minimal fuss. Will be good to see how it performs :-)

Pros:
It's very easy to setup and the interface is very user-friendly. Love it.
Cons:
1-I had an issue with payment on Meta and ads stopped. It's ok but this app deleted all the data on my funnel. Statistics and campaign setup is gone forever!!! It would be great to reactivate and continue from the point where it stopped.
2-I don't know how to track orders generated from this app.
