Used for 4 months, never got to 1% click-thru-rate, never made a single sale. Money, effort & time was wasted.

Kindly note that getting sales depends on:

- If your store has clear branding, is designed for conversions, and has good copy.

- If your product has a proven market fit with the audiences you'll target via ads.

Users who have these prerequisites generate sales within the first 7 days of having the app installed. Simply launching an ad does not mean you will automatically get sales.

When you first started using our app and requested feedback, as a Meta Certified Media Buying Professional, we provided you with a full list of recommendations to help you improve your CTR and conversion rate on your website.

The second time you used our app, we asked for feedback before getting started with your funnel which you have not.

In your email, you'll find an email from us with a full analysis of your website showing the areas that require fixes and improvement. As a Meta Certified Media Buying Professional, we, unfortunately, can not recommend you run ads or paid promotions of any type until you fix the pending issues that are making your website's load speed severely below average and your on-site user experience poor.

After investigating this review, it looks like a support agent did indeed reply to all of your support inquiries, but because you opened multiple support tickets, you were unable to view the reply.

Kindly do not open more than one support ticket at a time and view your inbox for replies before deciding to contact support again.

i set up the app and uninstal in exactly same day. and they dont want to credit apps me. that support is a dumbass people. No Recommend.

Can you please clarify what you mean by "Not working"? What is not working exactly?

We have been writing mails and not getting any response from Easy ads team. 8,149.05 INR is spent so far other than what is charged by Easy ads and we got zero conversion so far. Our CPC in easy ads is 8times compared to when we run ads directly on facebook.

Our response also answered your issue and provided the steps needed to correct the problem as well as screenshots of our replies that you have read.

Poor Support. I tried connecting my facebook ad account but unfortunately it kept on picking another ad account in same admin.

When i tried to reach support, i was told to make a video and share and no remote support was provided.

I uninstalled and deactivated the application because i couldn't afford it at that moment yet it automatically charged me even though i dont have the application activated on my shopify store. Wouldn't recommend

Kindly note that Shopify handles billing for all third-party developers like us, we do not have any access to your billing information or the ability to charge you. App developers can only approve a refund from their partner portal or issue app credits.

That said, we couldn't find any message or email from you inquiring about this or requesting a refund. Kindly reply to the email sent to the email address associated with your account so we can resolve this for you.

Não recomendo, fiz tudo certinho, instalação e integração e testei por uma campanha simples e não saiu do lugar, 3n dias de campanha a campanha ativa e não entregou nada, nenhum clique e nenhum gasto, nem nada. Na minha conta há saldo pois estou a rodar uma campanha que eu mesmo configurei antes desse app, a outra têm dados resultados e esse app, nada.

Observera att du debiteras för dina tredjepartsappar av Shopify, vilket är anledningen till att din debitering läggs till en Shopify-faktura, inte en separat faktura.

Vi har ingen som helst tillgång till din faktureringsinformation eller möjlighet att debitera dig.

Vi svarade också på ditt e-postmeddelande samma dag, den 11 september 2023, exakt 4 timmar efter, och begärde att du skulle dela en skärmdump av fakturan. Du svarade inte på vårt e-postmeddelande.
