When I first noticed the unexpected USD 39.95 charge, I was honestly very worried and scared. As a student, this was a significant amount of money for me, and it caused a lot of stress for me and my family. At first, I didn't know what to do.

They explained that the payment had been collected on behalf of the app developer and advised me to contact the Easy Ads support team through the Get Support option. I recently switched from a much more expensive alternative that cost nearly four times as much and was packed with unnecessary bells and whistles. As a startup, I was spending way too much money, so I decided to scale back to the basics and find a comparable, budget-friendly solution. This application fits that need perfectly. It offers plenty of room for a business to grow, allowing you to add specific funnels as you scale—and even if there is an additional cost for those funnels, it is well worth it.

The only reason I am not giving it 5 stars yet is simply because it is too early in the game to judge performance. I need to see how effectively this AI program actually delivers traffic and pushes my advertisements. Once I start seeing heavy promotion translating into solid sales, I will gladly update my review to 5 stars.

It took some time to initially setup and get it all to work correctly but the support seemed to always be available to assist and find resolutions to issues. Now we've had it running for perhaps around 9 months or more and are seeing excellent ROAS and still playing with some changes regularly, helped by the support team offering advise and information about some unknown, to me, Do's and Don't on Meta.

It took a while to really figure this app out. Once you do it's a huge help. I've actually upgraded to pro so I can run multiple funnel ads. I've been working with Quissel from easy ads to maximize it's effectiveness. It's a service included.

I don't have hours to spend in the Meta Ads Manager, and this app makes the setup incredibly fast. The automated funnel actually works—I saw my first retargeting sales within a week. Highly recommend if you’re overwhelmed by the technical side of Facebook ads.

It simply doesn’t do what it claims. If you have a large catalog, it only cycles through about six products—and you don’t even get to choose which ones. It feels like the app just promotes whatever it wants.

I did make two sales, but the return doesn’t justify the cost. I’m spending more than I’m making, which defeats the entire purpose.

Support is just as frustrating. When they can’t answer your questions, they shift the blame to your store—even after you prove them wrong. The final straw was being told to “go watch videos on how to improve your store’s performance.” My store doesn’t have performance issues—the app just doesn’t deliver.

At the end of the day, this is a weak product that overpromises and underdelivers.
