It gets the job done. It's fairly easy to set up and manage. It does what I need it to do. Would recommend.
While the Easyads app has its merits when functioning properly, engaging with support has proven to be a challenging ordeal. Even after providing the necessary information, such as the account number, the team persistently seeks further personal data, requesting additional screenshots. The staff comes across as dismissive, adhering strictly to their scripts and demonstrating an unwillingness to provide assistance that requires creative problem-solving.

I was having trouble defining my adds ,as not expertise in this domain, the support team was very helpful and took the time to do it for me, especially Maria, she was very helpful and professional enough to get it sorted. Really good app you must install while using Shopify to run ads with AI understanding. Great support from the team.
So far I'm very satisfied and their team answer questions really fast. 5 starts. It's easy to use and their videos are well explained. Very good.
Used for 4 months, never got to 1% click-thru-rate, never made a single sale. Money, effort & time was wasted.
