My experience with customer support services is very good ,I was facing refund issue immediately it was resolved , happy with the services
Started to get fraudulent ads in my Ads Center on Facebook after installing this. Would not recommend.

Unfortunately, my experience with Easy Ads for Facebook has been extremely disappointing. While the app initially seemed promising and their support team helped me resolve a pixel issue on my new website, the results were dismal. Despite spending money on Facebook ads, I saw zero website visitors and no conversions. I uninstalled the app from my new site and installed it on my old, well-established website with thousands of orders and customer data, hoping to leverage its robust Facebook Pixel data.
However, when I sought assistance to optimize the ads for better results, I received generic responses, and their support team suggested booking a call with an expert. The earliest available appointment was 13 days away. This lack of prompt support is unacceptable for an app designed to handle ad campaigns in real-time. I feel like I’m talking to a robot, and continuing with Easy Ads would likely result in more wasted money with no sales.
I wouldn’t recommend this app to anyone who expects quick results, effective support, or any tangible outcomes from their ad spend.

Customer service is good but the app itself is really not good. Even after spending $110 on FB & Ig and $29.95 to Easy Ads, I got only 2 sales worth $97.
The app is always in learning phase , even 2 weeks after using it

Thank you for your feedback, and we’re glad you found our customer service helpful! Regarding your campaign, the "learning phase" is part of Meta’s system, where it works to optimize ad delivery by identifying the best audience for your ads.
This phase occurs to all campaigns (regardless of how they were created), when the system needs to gather enough data—specifically, 50 conversion events within a 7-day window.
Having a learning phase that lasts more than 7 days is supper common and can happen for several reasons, such as using a new pixel, frequently editing the campaign, or running on a lower budget.
Despite the learning phase, your campaign still achieved a positive ROAS, which is a great starting point. With consistent campaign optimization and a bit more patience, results typically improve as the system learns and exits the learning phase.
