While the Easyads app has its merits when functioning properly, engaging with support has proven to be a challenging ordeal. Even after providing the necessary information, such as the account number, the team persistently seeks further personal data, requesting additional screenshots. The staff comes across as dismissive, adhering strictly to their scripts and demonstrating an unwillingness to provide assistance that requires creative problem-solving.

This is a standard procedure you'll have with any support team, as that's how a support agent is able to identify a problem that may not show on our end.

The issue you reported was eventually fixed, thanks to the information you so kindly shared.

We're not sure what you're referring to exactly by "The staff comes across as dismissive, adhering strictly to their scripts and demonstrating an unwillingness to provide assistance that requires creative problem-solving." as the support agent was actively working with you to fix the issue you're facing, but we're more than happy to learn from any specific examples you have to offer.

Used for 4 months, never got to 1% click-thru-rate, never made a single sale. Money, effort & time was wasted.

Kindly note that getting sales depends on:

- If your store has clear branding, is designed for conversions, and has good copy.

- If your product has a proven market fit with the audiences you'll target via ads.

Users who have these prerequisites generate sales within the first 7 days of having the app installed. Simply launching an ad does not mean you will automatically get sales.

When you first started using our app and requested feedback, as a Meta Certified Media Buying Professional, we provided you with a full list of recommendations to help you improve your CTR and conversion rate on your website.

The second time you used our app, we asked for feedback before getting started with your funnel which you have not.

In your email, you'll find an email from us with a full analysis of your website showing the areas that require fixes and improvement. As a Meta Certified Media Buying Professional, we, unfortunately, can not recommend you run ads or paid promotions of any type until you fix the pending issues that are making your website's load speed severely below average and your on-site user experience poor.

I don't think this app will add any value for you. By the time you realize it, you will have already spent a lot of money over 1-2 months.

They just set up regular ad campaigns and retargeting, but it's a lie that it targets the right person at the right time. My manual campaigns had better CPA and ROAS than the ones created by this app.

You guys should give us more option to use more types creatives and should be given us data on a daily basis too.

We have been writing mails and not getting any response from Easy ads team. 8,149.05 INR is spent so far other than what is charged by Easy ads and we got zero conversion so far. Our CPC in easy ads is 8times compared to when we run ads directly on facebook.

Please note that for ALL Shopify apps, you are charged by Shopify, not the app developer.

We have no access to your billing information whatsoever or the ability to charge you.

If you get charged by mistake for any Shopify app, all you have to do is to either contact the app developer or Shopify to get refund.

Simply comparing with my own google ads and pinterest ads. Spent more than 1k and getting a 3 conversion is funny. Just time consuming.

Je tiens à exprimer ma profonde déception concernant l'application Easy Ads sur Shopify. À mon avis, c'est une arnaque complète. Les avis positifs que vous pouvez lire semblent complètement faux et trompeurs.

Le support client est particulièrement incompétent. Au lieu de fournir une assistance utile et adaptée, ils m'ont simplement conseillé de cibler le marché anglophone avec mes publicités, alors que mon site est exclusivement francophone. Cela montre une incompréhension totale de leur part des besoins spécifiques de leurs utilisateurs.

En termes de résultats, l'expérience a été désastreuse. J'ai dépensé 350 euros pour des campagnes publicitaires via cette application et n'ai généré que 4 commandes. Le retour sur investissement est inexistant et cette dépense n'a fait que creuser un trou dans mon budget marketing.

En résumé, je déconseille vivement l'utilisation de Easy Ads sur Shopify. L'application ne tient pas ses promesses et le support client est loin d'être à la hauteur. Économisez votre temps et votre argent, et cherchez des alternatives plus fiables pour vos campagnes publicitaires en ligne.

Horrible. Got zero results. Uninstalled the app and got charged a week later!!! There's no way to cancel the subscription on this scam app!!!

Kindly note that Shopify handles billing for all third-party developers like us, we do not have any access to your billing information or the ability to charge you. App developers can only approve a refund from their partner portal or issue app credits.

That said, you can easily reach out to support using the same interface you left this review, request a refund, and it'll b granted without issues.

They ask for reviews about customer support before getting results. I'm extremely disappointed with this app. Despite their claims that AI ads would generate sales, my experience has been entirely negative. I first tried the 7-day trial twice and saw no results. After two months, I decided to give it another shot and purchased their monthly paid package. They insisted that I needed to give the ads more time, but even after 7 days, there were still no results. They reviewed my funnel and ads, suggesting improvements to my website, but none of this made a difference. With their AI ads, I saw absolutely no benefit. This app has been a waste of both time and money.

Our support team requests a review regarding your experience with customer support so far during your first interaction.

You can always update your review to reflect your experience.

Regarding not getting results, please note that launching ads does not automatically mean you'll get sales.

This is why our team goes through your website and funnel to make sure you have the best setup.

On the other hand, your website sells high ticket items that start at 800 USD. For any store owner with similar products, regardless of what marketing channel you use (ads, influencer marketing, etc) results will not happen overnight and your cost per acquisition (CPA) will naturally be higher than other advertisers.

We recommend you re-evaluate your marketing strategy to fit your target audience.

For example, some stores selling high ticket items remove the price from the page and run lead generation ads, in order to combat the high CPA problem and close more sales.
