We have been writing mails and not getting any response from Easy ads team. 8,149.05 INR is spent so far other than what is charged by Easy ads and we got zero conversion so far. Our CPC in easy ads is 8times compared to when we run ads directly on facebook.

2 wrong Chargers to my account as well as an unfulfilled promise from staff regarding my trial period extension which is resulting in major setbacks for my store, lack of email response.

Please note that you are charged for your third-party apps by Shopify, which is why the app's charge is under a Shopify invoice, not an Easy Ads invoice.
We have no access whatsoever to your billing information or the ability to charge you.
Regarding the trial, again, kindly check your email inbox as a reply was already sent to you explaining this.

This app is horrible. It will take credit for every sale even if the add had nothing to do with it. They should be closed and not allowed to operate. Scam. Funnel doesn’t work either. When you try and reach out you can only speak to ai and there ai answers barely answer questions they just forward you frequently asked questions that don’t answer your questions. Easy ads more lie throw ur money down the drain!!!

In fact, you can double all data shown on your Easy Ads dashboard on your Meta Ads Manager.
Since the introduction of iOS 14, attribution issues have become more common and not limited to third-party app users. We encourage you to research this and learn more from the Facebook Ads community.
Also, kindly note that our customer support is formed by humans, not AI. In fact, AI technology is not advanced enough to operate a live chat on a scale such as Easy Ads.

Horrible. Got zero results. Uninstalled the app and got charged a week later!!! There's no way to cancel the subscription on this scam app!!!

Kindly note that Shopify handles billing for all third-party developers like us, we do not have any access to your billing information or the ability to charge you. App developers can only approve a refund from their partner portal or issue app credits.
That said, you can easily reach out to support using the same interface you left this review, request a refund, and it'll b granted without issues.

I have not used it's features ones, and i had cancel subscription, but it still try to charge subscription fees, it will not revies bill

This is why the app's fee is under a bill with Shopify, not us.

I want to emphasize that my Shopify store was meticulously designed by top-ranking Shopify experts with extensive experience in conversion optimization. I'd be more than willing to share the names of the partners and designers involved to attest to the credibility of the design.
Additionally, my product catalog consists of over 2000 authentic items with proven market appeal. While I understand the importance of a well-optimized store and product selection, I've chosen to explore other solutions.
Currently, I am using a different application that has seamlessly addressed the glitches I encountered on the ads manager. The results have been outstanding, with significant conversions. I value the insights provided by your team but felt compelled to share my experience for transparency.

Kindly note that getting sales depends on:
- If your store has clear branding, is designed for conversions, and has good copy.
- If your product has a proven market fit with the audiences you'll target via ads.
To know if you fit these requirements, you are prompted to ask for feedback after launching a campaign.
Users who have these prerequisites generate sales within the first 7 days of having the app installed.
Simply launching an ad does not mean you will automatically get sales.
Regarding support, kindly note that we do not provide 24/7 live chat support, we provide live chat support 9-5 Mon-Fri as mentioned on our website and this page.
Also, please note that since you opened more than 5 separate support requests, we can see that you have not read all the replies sent to you.

Without a doubt in my mind the worst support from an shopify app. It´s the second time around i try this app. Since they had a lifetime offer i thougt why not? But that was a huge waste.
I installed the Easy Ads App in late December 2023. Let it run for a few weeks and it didn't generate any sales.
I asked for help through their support, and all I got was excuses about why it doesn't work, instead of solutions. I actually was pleading with them to assist me in getting it to work.
After no joy in dealing with two different people, namely: Ouissal and Millenni, I then told them that I'd rather delete the app.
After this, someone else named Maria suggested a call with me to get it working and directed me to their calendar to schedule the call. Which I happily tried to do. Unfortunately, the calendar was fully booked.
So I contacted them again asking when could a slot be made available and was told they would get back to me if a cancellation happened. This was on the 24th of January 2024. Today is the 12 Feb and I haven't heard anything from anyone.
The scary part is that the diary is probably fully booked because so many people are having trouble using the app and are booking support calls.
I was rather disappointed as I believed that the "Easy Ads" app was a good app and that I was doing something wrong and thus asked for help. Sadly it was not forthcoming.
Anyway, I am now exploring alternative solutions. I've given these guys more than enough time and opportunity to assist me in getting their app to work.
