I have a small wholesaler and use this app to create catalog use my website database.
Because I have little knowledge of computer, I had to contact developer everytime I need some help or extra features. Developer respond very fast and even on Sunday, I strongly recommend to everyone if has small business and little knowledge of computer.
I was super excited at how easy it was to create and order from a catalog. But, as I went through the process of testing ordering from the catalog, I found the app to be a bit buggy and I ran into issues I could not find support to correct. For one, I couldn't find a way to keep my customized cover page from changing when ever I opened the pdf version of the catalog. I could see my front page image when the catalog was presented as a thumbnail but it quickly disappeared in the pdf version. It's a small but very annoying issue. The much larger issue was not having my wholesale price reflected when items were placed in the cart which is the sole purpose of my paying for the app in the first place. And, lastly, the most annoying issue of all is NO ACCESS to support for these types of questions and others. Very disappointing cause I had such high hopes for this app.

I have had a variety of issues with this app not working as advertised. That said, I applaud the tenacity of the developer / customer support person who has been incredibly energetic in trying to help me solve the problems. I will reserve judgement until the new update comes out with fixes to some known bugs.
Sorry for the possible issues. Let's fix this when you are ready. It could be just about the browser version or small screen resolution, let's check together.
About upgrading a plan you can always test FREE and upgrade later for just $9.99 so you don't need to subscribe to a yearly plan if you don't need it.
It's really clunky, I still haven't finished a catalog. When I create a cover page and then scroll down a page and then back up the cover page is removed and it becomes the page I scrolled down to. When I remove retail products I don't want in a wholesale catalog it lets me do a few and then after a few it locks up and doesn't let me do any more. It overall just doesn't seem to be worth the money?
update: 14. July - app issues FIXED
Hello. Between 9. July and 12. There were a few issues with our app and the catalogs are not generated.
I would like to arrange a Zoom/Skype/TeamViewer meeting so I could show you the full potential of our app. I know that your first experience wasn't good but everything works again now.

I was searching for some time for this kind of app, especially with the implementation of QR codes. This one does the job exactly as I want it. Customer service is extremely fast and polite. What else to wish for! I wish the best for the developers and hope that this app will become a huge success!

I originally had some issues and made a complaint. Perica came to the rescue and made everything right. Perica was persistent in making everything perfect. it is a good product. I was replacing another product that had issues and compared this to the few other products that exist. It has all the features that we need while the other products were lacking several features.
Thanks for reporting this to us. Its solved now and you can use the app again. About basic features lets use TeamViewer or Zoom to check what's going wrong when you are ready.
Wonderful for creating reporting, line sheets, and a product catalog. I searched for over two years and finally found this. Highly recommend.
This app has awesome potential but is highly unstable. I lost my work no less than 10+ times. It's lacking some basic formatting functionality, it's super buggy, and some features don't work at all. It took me 3 days to complete what should have taken less than 3 hours. I reached out to tech support, which is non-existent. At one point it wouldn't even allow me save my file anymore. That's when I had to start over completely, and I was very careful to do everything perfectly the first time with no need for changes, and I finally got it to work. I'm very happy with the end result, which is why I gave it 3 stars instead of 1. Update: I've tried emailing support, but they only reply to the reviews on this page. Have not responded to a single email. Reduced to 1 star for this reason.
Hi. Sorry for the problems. That's why I suggest a quick meeting or training via TeamVIewer or Zoom. That way is the easiest to fix the problems you have. Sometimes old browsers are a problem. We will fix that very quickly.

the result is not mobile friendly. We have been asking for a change to a template for months, it was promised to us but never implemented. The assistance service replies sporadically via email.
We are very dissatisfied.
