I have a small wholesaler and use this app to create catalog use my website database.
Because I have little knowledge of computer, I had to contact developer everytime I need some help or extra features. Developer respond very fast and even on Sunday, I strongly recommend to everyone if has small business and little knowledge of computer.

I have had a variety of issues with this app not working as advertised. That said, I applaud the tenacity of the developer / customer support person who has been incredibly energetic in trying to help me solve the problems. I will reserve judgement until the new update comes out with fixes to some known bugs.

About upgrading a plan you can always test FREE and upgrade later for just $9.99 so you don't need to subscribe to a yearly plan if you don't need it.

I was super excited at how easy it was to create and order from a catalog. But, as I went through the process of testing ordering from the catalog, I found the app to be a bit buggy and I ran into issues I could not find support to correct. For one, I couldn't find a way to keep my customized cover page from changing when ever I opened the pdf version of the catalog. I could see my front page image when the catalog was presented as a thumbnail but it quickly disappeared in the pdf version. It's a small but very annoying issue. The much larger issue was not having my wholesale price reflected when items were placed in the cart which is the sole purpose of my paying for the app in the first place. And, lastly, the most annoying issue of all is NO ACCESS to support for these types of questions and others. Very disappointing cause I had such high hopes for this app.

My review is more 4.5 stars, and I can't wait to give this a 5!
After scouring other Catalog apps, this is by far the best one - the import options that sort by collections, tags, empty stock, status, and more, is SO helpful, and it generates a catalogue in minutes. The options to list what type of information (i.e. SKU, Inventory Count, MSRP, Description) is also great. The most important thing to this catalog is the ability to take wholesale orders either via Shopify check out or via the app that generates a Shopify Draft Order, so you can handle everything bespoke, in case you need to update inventory count for an order, negotiate a bigger purchase, or if you need to manually change the price - all done via a PDF link. Truly, the functions all make sense and this is a robust app that fulfills all I wanted in a catalogue generator.

My current issues are minor UX/UI problems, such as sometimes when a new page is created, it doesn't copy the theme I've made for the rest of the catalogue, and despite having the "Apply Edits to all Pages" being ticked, sometimes I need to turn it on and off. There's also a thumbnail page view on the right hand side where, if I delete a page, a breaker line signifying the separate Collections stay. So despite there being no pages, there's a large chunk of space left between the cover page and the next page. I also wish, for the item sorting, if I could select a few items and do a "Move to Position x" in the list (similar to Shopify's Item Sorting in Collections) instead of dragging one by one.

Despite all this, this is a great app! The issues are minor, and customer support is responsive and always tries to figure out how to help! The developer is clearly making updates as time goes on, so I look forward to a smoother experience and updating this review in the future!

Waiting for over 2 months for refund. I email them every week and they tell me they will process a refund...still waiting.

I do not recommend this app.

Update: I have been told I was getting refunded since August 30th. It is October 20th and still have not received it. Nothing was done immediately.

Update: I finally received by refund that I was told on in August was complete. Awful customer service. I did realize that I was not refunded the full amount and a processing fee was taken out. They told me if I changed this review, I would be credited the processing fee. My review stands as one star, this company lied to be several times saying they processed a refund, and they did not. They are also trying to buy a better review by offering all my money back. They can keep the processing fee. I will not be changing my review. I recommend you find an app with better customer service.

I was searching for some time for this kind of app, especially with the implementation of QR codes. This one does the job exactly as I want it. Customer service is extremely fast and polite. What else to wish for! I wish the best for the developers and hope that this app will become a huge success!

It's really clunky, I still haven't finished a catalog. When I create a cover page and then scroll down a page and then back up the cover page is removed and it becomes the page I scrolled down to. When I remove retail products I don't want in a wholesale catalog it lets me do a few and then after a few it locks up and doesn't let me do any more. It overall just doesn't seem to be worth the money?

update: 14. July - app issues FIXED

Hello. Between 9. July and 12. There were a few issues with our app and the catalogs are not generated.

I would like to arrange a Zoom/Skype/TeamViewer meeting so I could show you the full potential of our app. I know that your first experience wasn't good but everything works again now.

Very sorry about these issues. Now is everything FIXED, and we believe we are the best catalog app in the Shopify App Store. Please send us your feedback.

I've just start using this application. Very easy to use, all seems all right. Unfortunately, the metafields aren't working as I may need for now, but the support team is very nice and really tries to help.
I'll try some more to customize using this application just because the support team really tries to help you achieve what you want

Oct-4-23 Ok to create the catalog, full of errors when trying to view or download. I was testing the free version, waste of time

Review Update. Support contacted me in a manner of hours and provided access to the full version, unfortunately I couldn't use it until a few days ago. The app works well for basic catalog creation, pulls all your products and collections, the filtering helps to just get the products that you want, therefore you can get more tailored catalogs. The UI, templates and elements to create the catalogs could use a design refresh. One extra star for the support effort, even thought at times it felt the support was more intended on bettering the review than to improve the product. Overall is recommended.

View and download never was reported as a problem and that very odd.
